Your community chat is where a list of subscribers turns into an actual community. Content is you talking to fans; chat is everyone in the room together — and you're the host.

How it works

You get one community chat — a single group chat that you host. Everyone with access chats together in the same room: fans talk to you, and just as importantly, they talk to each other. That's the magic. When your fans start replying to each other's messages, cheering each other's comments and building in-jokes, you've stopped running a page and started running a community.

Who gets in

Access follows your tiers. Subscribers on any tier where you've ticked the chat box are in; everyone else isn't. That makes the chat one of the most valuable things you can put behind a tier — it's the room where your closest supporters get to actually be close.

Being present

Here's the honest truth about chat: it takes on your energy. A couple of messages a day beats an hour once a month, by a mile. You don't need to be always-on — you need to be reliably there. A morning "right, here's today's session" and an evening reply or two is enough to keep the room warm. Think of it like training: short, consistent efforts compound; heroic one-offs don't.

Mentions

You can @-mention any subscriber by name to pull them into the conversation — and fans can mention you too. Use it generously. Being named by the athlete you back is a genuine moment for a fan. Spot someone who asked a good question yesterday? Mention them when you answer. Someone new in the room? Mention them with a welcome. It costs you seconds and it makes someone's day.

What good looks like

  • Ask questions. "Race is Saturday — who's watching?" gets a room talking far better than a broadcast ever will.
  • Acknowledge fans by name. A short reply with an @-mention tells someone they were heard — it takes seconds and it lands every time.
  • Share small moments first. The pre-session nerves, the coffee order, the playlist. Small and often is what makes the room feel alive.

Your fans joined the chat to feel closer to you. Every message you send — however small — is you keeping that promise.
