How FAYDER works as a community
FAYDER exists to bring fans closer to the athletes they back, and athletes closer to the people who make their journey possible. This is a community of sport lovers — not a social network, not a fan site, not a free-for-all. It works because everyone here shows up with respect, good intent, and real support for the athletes at the centre of it.
This is how we do things.
Who FAYDER is for
FAYDER is for people who genuinely want to be in an athlete's corner. If you're here to support, encourage, and be part of the journey, you're in the right place. If your username, profile, or behaviour suggests otherwise, this isn't the platform for you — and we'll act on that.
The standard we hold every supporter to is simple: would you be welcome in an athlete's inner circle? If yes, you belong here.
Our promise to athletes
Athletes share more of themselves on FAYDER than they do anywhere else. That only works if they feel safe doing it. We protect that with:
Signup standards. Usernames, emails, and profile information that are offensive, sexually explicit, or clearly intended to provoke will result in account removal. We review signups and we act on what we see.
Specific protection against harm. Sexualised comments, harassment, doxxing, impersonation, intimidating or obsessive behaviour, and repeated unwanted messaging are not allowed and will be acted on quickly.
No off-platform pressure. Asking athletes for personal contact details, social handles, or to take conversations elsewhere is not allowed.
Athlete-controlled reporting. Every athlete on FAYDER can flag any comment or chat message in their community for our review. Their judgement leads.
How supporters treat each other
This is a community of sport fans. Speak to other supporters the way you'd speak to someone in the same stand at a match:
Genuine encouragement, respectful conversation, constructive interaction.
No hate speech, discrimination, bullying, threats, or harassment.
No spam, self-promotion, or fake identities.
No sexually explicit language. This isn't that kind of platform.
How moderation works
We review signups when they look off, and we review reports promptly. Athletes can flag content in-product; fans and other supporters can reach us at team@fayder.app.
Depending on what we find, we may warn, remove content, suspend access, or permanently remove an account. Accounts removed for breaching this Code do not receive refunds — paying to enter the community doesn't entitle anyone to stay in it.
Helping us build this
FAYDER is early, and the community we're building is being shaped right now by the people in it. The standard isn't enforced from above — it's set by everyone who shows up the right way.
Thanks for being part of it.
