I truly am loving being back competing and having fun. A more relaxed approach to this season in the sense that I’m being kinder to myself and taking everything as learning opportunities. I love this sport and I’m only doing it for a certain amount of time so may as well make the most of it

Wilma and I have been friends for over 7 years because of this sport, she has gone through so much as an athlete and recently her results haven’t shown where she is at. I know the feeling all too well! However in Athens she cleared 4.81m her highest result in over 3 years. This moment between us was pure emotion and joy for her coming back onto the circuit and showing everyone what she’s really capable of. This is what sport is about!
