Come behind the scenes with me
Learning to relax and enjoy training post racing. After not achieving what I wanted at world quails and feeling pretty frustrated it’s so easy to just dive back into training and push too hard to soon because you want to get better but in reality in order to improve you have to let your body recover so that’s what I did in my first few days post race 🫶
